Bud's was great. On time delivery to my dealer. Gun was mint. As far as the gun itself, it's a PPK that I bought mainly for sentimental reasons. My father use to carry this. It's heavy for a conceal carry, but is well made. A classic. Shoots nicely, accurate, no jams yet, you need to get used to the slide action - you have to maintain hand pressure through the entire cycle, you can't just pull & let go like some other automatics.

Excellent purchase. I have fired at least 200 rounds through it and have had absolutely no problems at all. I was really surprised with its accuracy due to its short barrel. I would recommend it to anyone looking for the coolest .380 on the market. I mean It's James Bond's freakin gun! Good enough for him it's good enough for me.

i'm on the high side of 60 & have been shooting pistols since i was a teenager. when it comed to selection, price & service, bud's cannot be beat. this ppk needed several hundred rounds for break-in but i don't consider this a chore. with mag-safe self-defense ammo, this pistol is accurate enought & has enought fire-power to deal with the clanton & mclaury brothers of this world or their ilk. ben b., az.

I got my PPK yesterday, and at first glance was a little dissapointed. It is black instead of the blue in the photo and the finish is a little dull and not entirely even. It was the dirtiest pistol I have ever recieved, coated in thick packing oil. When I stripped it the barrel is a dull unpolished pipe. Anyway I cleaned it, lightly oiled it and and put it back together, and it looked slightly better, so I took it and my Sig p232 and LCP out to fire. The PPK is very tight, no rattles and feels good in the hand, as good as the p232 but in a different way, and the PPK is slightly heavier but not noticeable. I had the two mags that came with the PPK loaded with Win round ball and shot from 7 yards. The PPK shot dead on, both mags no hang ups. I was happily surprised! I loaded up again and shot four more mags and it was dead on target which was easy to aqquire with the little sights, and still no hang ups of any kind. I then shot 4 mags out of my p232 which has had about 300 rounds through it and had to have it's sights adjusted and had 3 FTE's, but was on target. I then loaded up the LCP and shot two mags. All I can say is, if I was carrying it when an attacker came around, I hope the noise would scare them off! Anyway, the PPK won my approval for accuracy and apparent reliability. I can easily over look it's short comings if it continues to function the way it has. I put several more rounds through it yesterday including Remington JHP's and had absolutly no problems. After stripping and a second cleaning, it's looks even began to grow on me. The PPK is a keeper and after several more rounds will be one of my light carry weapons, I highly recomend the PPK. This is my 11th gun from Bud's since last August, and the people there have always been great and I have never had any problems. I ordered the PPK Tuesday morning and recieved it Thursday. All and all I am very happy. Anybody want an LCP cheap?

I bought this gun for a back up weapon. The Walther ppk is a very reliable and durable. I would recommend this weapon for law enforcement personnel as well as civilians for concealed carry. Buds Gun Shop is a very professional, and knowledgeable gun store. They got my new ppk to me in less than five days. Thanks James San Antonio, Texas

Being the honest, law-abiding citizen with total respect for the 2nd Amendment and its significance, and just down-right tired of the increase in local crime and the constant complaints of the lack of sufficient law officers due to an inadequate tax base, I needed a concealed weapon to protect myself and my family from the increases of home evasions and mall parking lot muggings. I have always been intrigued with the Walther PPK and its surrounding aura. The weapon is extremely accurate within 15 yards of target with minimum kick (almost un-noticeable). Utilizing Remington 380 ACP 95 gr FMJ ammo, no mechanical imperfections noticed. Excellent handgun with concealment advantages. Lightweight to carry in an ankle holster. I carry mine everywhere without notice and obstruction of movement. I am very pleased with the weapon and its functionality to provide stopping power with such a small imprint. Yea, and you feel like James Bond..............if working in SpecOps for 15 yrs is not a recommendation, I dont know what is.........

A:While I am sure that buds has them on order there is no way of knowing when it will be back in stock. I suggest that you use the notify me button. Buds will email you when they are back in stock This in no way obligates you to purchase the item. We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questionsSee 1 more answer | -
