What a bad a¢¢ stock for a great price!!!

Today I received a Butler Creek folding stock for my Ruger 10/22. The package was well protected. However, the stock's hard clear packaging had been opened, and the stock appears to show signs of previous use (scratches, bluing, "trash" in crevices). This is the first time out of many orders that I am dissatisfied. However, the functionality may not be compromised. This is not a review of the functioning of the folding stock, but a comment on the condition of what I received.
