Dan Wesson 1911 Bruin Single 10mm 6.3" 8+1 Black - 8+1 Rounds

This is a really nice pistol. You can see that the company put a great deal of attention to detail, thought and effort in designing and assembling this pistol. The pistol is hefty but very well balanced.You don't get that front heavy feel like my other 6 inch pistol. The grips are a perfect size and shape to fill your grip without feeling fat or large. I love the black finish, I believe its the same black as on the Valor. I must say that at first I really wanted the bronze version until I saw the black in person, the picture doesn't do it any justice. Its a really nice black with an extremely nice consistent texture. I once considered the PM7 model which is also really nice but it didn't do anything for me however the Bruin really did. Once I picked it up I had to have it. Its now my favorite pistol. Sometimes you just get what you pay for sometimes you get more. I have another brand 6 inch pistol that cost around the same as the Bruin but it doesn't have that same feeling of quality. Really nice pistol.
