• Q: So does it come with take down pins, trigger grouping, and all that? What I mean is is all I have to do it put on my stock, tube, and upper and it's good to go? Or do I need more parts to put in the lower?

  Vikki, You are very astute. This lower does not come with a buffer tube, spring or stock. Everything else is there.

  Michael - this lower does not come with a buffer tube. You would install whichever style/size you choose after purchase. Yes, DPMS lowers are pretty solid. I've used them in maybe 4 or 5 builds and had absolutely no problems with parts fitting as designed. I also have used Anderson several times, and they are, I think, about the best lower one can get for the money. Aero Precision also builds a good lower, as does Spikes. • Q: Not asking for legal advice would the ATF classify this as other to set it up as a pistol to put on a pistol lower to make a pistol to be sbr reay or to make it into a non nfa sbr or pistol. I might make a few sbrs for my trust.

  Not really due to the items you would need to add to make it functional. A "Complete" lower is ready to attach to an upper of your choice and functional immediately.
