While the shape and laser engraving are inspired by the design of our POF-USA American Patriot Tomahawk, the Tomahawk Charging Handle has optimized functionality as well. For quick and efficient operation with either hand, It features over-sized levers on both sides to make palm blading or finger thumb charging a breeze. All components have been CNC machined to exacting standards in the USA from American 7075 billet aluminum and finished with durable black type III hard coat anodize.

After install I thought wow this thing looks really cool . but after several attempts to cycle the bolt carrier group i noticed it hanging up a bit . Like there was a small flaw in the metal just where the hook catches. Tried lubing it and working it in and out many times and still didnt function 100% . also kinda feels diferent if you pull just the right side than if you pull just the left side ..Like its just not letting go right away and even locked up a couple times having to really work it to make it go ...Well after working it a hundred times and cleaning and sanding it works fine now . If i had to do it over I would buy a different charging handle all together ..Maybe BCM or a raptor ..Hope that helps ..

Great upgrade for a great price. replaced the stock one and this oversized CH makes the action so much smoother and easier. 5/5 and will repeat buy for other AR builds without hesitation.
