With effective energy out to 80 yards, these 1-ounce slugs easily handle the majority of shotgun deer hunting ranges. Less recoil means sighting-in at the range becomes a more comfortable, fun experience. I just use this to blast stuff at the range. It's great for that. Noticably less recoil, accuracy is fine. Also made in Lonoke, Arkansas. People there need good jobs, buy this ammo!

Managed Recoil ..... yes, certainly lives up to that claim, but with 1200 fps MV vs 1400+ with the same weight payload, the physics tell you that at first sight. Does it cycle a semi-auto, like a Remington 11-87 ? Yes. How does POI compare to POA vs full-speed version ? Haven't had a chance to do that test yet.

I purchased a few boxes of these and was pleased with the results. The recoil reduction is about right while still packing a good punch. I will be buying these again. Definitely worth checking out. Buds service and selection is A+ as always!
