Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Although the reputation of Sellier and Bellot is good, I had read a number of reviews which had talked about their shells jamming or being difficult to eject...any way... I had bought a case of 10 boxes and I think I now know why there were issues with those rounds. I am beginning to reload shells so I used the shell holder to check the tolerances of the brass. Out of the 10 boxes, 7 boxes wouldn't fit into the shell holder, they were not even close. Since these were still live rounds, that was all the checking I was going to do. Maybe it was a bad batch. I bought 10 boxes of 300 gr S&B and only 2 boxes speced out bad. Would I buy more, probably. Will I check the tolerances, yes. Just one note, from S&B themselves, the MV is 2879 for the 250gr.
