The Magpul Bolt Action Magazine Well 700L Standard is a drop-in detachable box magazine solution for our Hunter 700L Stock. It is designed specifically for the Hunter 700L Stock and long action .30-06 caliber AICS (Accuracy International Chassis Systems) pattern magazines, and has a low-profile, anti-snag ambidextrous magazine release is made of Melonite treated steel for wear and corrosion resistance. Designed to work with AICS-pattern long action magazines, this kit also includes one Magpul PMAG 5 AC L, Standard for .30-06 based family of cartridges. Some triggers, especially those with longer and/or straight trigger bows, may not be compatible without modification to the trigger guard.

I bought this Magpul Bolt Action mag well from Buds Guns to upgrade the Magpul Hunter LA I bought for my Remington 700 ADL. They made it so easy and my purchase arrived in no time at all. The whole setup went together so smooth and feels so right. Can’t wait to get out there and shoot it.

Very well made. Magazine fits smoothly and is retained very well. The mag release spring is STRONG might be too strong for some but ensures your magazine release won't be bumped while on the trail or during a hunt and cause the magazine to unexpectedly get lost. I used this as detachable bottom metal (DBM) (no it's not metal, it's polymer) for a ramline Rem700 stock. Only took me about ten minutes to inlet the stock correctly for this to fit. It's a VASTLY cheaper alternative than some of the other (DBM) out there and accepts the common AICS mags as well. Great bang for your buck.

This is a must have if you’re running the Magpul 700 Hunter stock. Adds ease of operation and great aesthetics to this already sexy stock. Awesome product. Your love to see it come standard with the stock, but Magpul likes to make you buy everything separately.
