Yes, it will fit just fine. Really any upper chambered in .223/5.56 should have no problems fitting this lower.

Does this lower have a set screw in case there is a little slop with the upper i'm using?

David, I'd imagine it would but not finding any information on weather it does or not at all. So I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer at 1-410-901-1348 or you can email them at (webstore@lwrci.com.). Sorry can't give a definite answer but hope this helps some.

Outstanding AR lower. LWRC top quality product. But mine were a little different than advertised. Buds wrote the lower comes with a MAGPUL grip. Mine came with LWRC’s “Snake Scale” grip which I actually like better than MAGPUL. So I’m 100% happy with my purchase.
