Ruger Single-Seven Stainless 3.75" 327 Federal Magnum Revolver - Stainless/Silver, 3.75" Barrel, 7 Rounds, Wood Grips

I am a big fan of the 327 Federal Magnum and I call my bird's head grip version of this seven shot "The Gambler's edge" as the seventh shot would have been a surprise to a 1870 cowboy . Great service as usual from Bud's.

It's difficult to review this revolver. I have a problem with its rotation when the gate is open for loading and unloading; the cylinder hangs up at seemingly random times and on different points in the rotation. Also, there appears to be a fault in one cartridge chamber at the thinnest part of the cylinder, so I will have to send it back to the manufacturer for repair, replacement, or service. I really, really am taken with the gun's appearance and 'feel' so I will modify this review when I have a gun I load, fire, field-strip, and clean.

Nice handling revolver.Happy to gun shoots to point of impact 2 inches low.I can fix that.32 mag extremely accurate.Will do a spring job as i do on all rugers.Bottom line i am really impressed.This gun is just fun to shoot.

As usual buds purchasing and shipping was simple and efficient, great job buds! I bought this gun because I really like the ballistics and versatility of the .32 caliber. This is an absolute gem of a revolver, the ability to shoot 32 shorts, longs, and then move up to full power 327 fed mags is great. My gun was a little stiff initially, but after 100 rounds it smoothed up really nice. This is a small gun, it’s built on the single six frame. It carry’s great. I carry my cylinder full of shorts while I’m out mowing, walking etc. the shorts can be fired without ear protection without just killing my ears, at least a couple of times. The gun handles nicely, and is surprisingly very accurate. I don’t live in bear country, so the 32 is a nice fit between a .22 and a 357. I highly recommend this gun. Ammo is no problem to find on the internet.

The gun has a comfortable feel and the recoil is mild. Accuracy was good considering it has fixed sights. I would recommend it to my friends.
