Improving on the FNP-45 Tactical, developed for the U.S. Joint Combat Pistol Program, the FNX-45 Tactical is the latest in technological advancements in handgun engineering, offering .45 ACP performance and a host of unique features that no other handgun can match. The checkered polymer frame is offered in Black and Flat Dark Earth and has a low-bore axis for reduced felt recoil and enhanced operator control. Two interchangeable backstraps come standard to quickly customize the grip feel. All operating controls are fully ambidextrous for ease of use. The 5.3″ cold hammer-forged, stainless steel barrel has a threaded muzzle to accept sound suppressors, compensators and other accessories. The stainless steel slide has high-profile combat night sights and includes two mounting bases to accept multiple styles of optional red-dot electronic sights.

This is a great pistol. 15 rounds of .45acp with a crisp trigger. Even the double action trigger is nice. Look really good with a 508t on the top.

Awesome gun had about 2 or 3 stovepipes in 600 rounds and that was in the beginning. I love this gun and it’s extremely well made. Buds delivered quickly as always.

Buds comes through! This is my third firearm purchase, all orders have been quick and with no issues. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet, I'm just working on building my ammo supply up first.
If there is an issue with the fire arm, I will come back and edit the review.

This pistol is a dream to shoot. 15+1 round capacity in .45 sounds like a workout, but this well balanced firearm makes it a mere stroll in the park. Double action is great for dry fire practice with a laser system at home and single action is smooth with live rounds at the range. It is a premium quality gun and is ready for the accessories and add-ons. Buds service was exemplary, ordered on a Wednesday and shipped on Thursday. A wonderful experience from beginning to end!
