Bought this package as a quick and inexpensive way to start shooting 25-06. Traded the Redfield (which is a great scope for hunting) for a Nikon Prostaff 5 2.5-10x40. I started the break in as prescribed and ordered brass and bullets. I was using the Hornady American Whitetail rounds for the break in and was getting consistent sub moa groups before the break in was finished. This rifle shoots as well as my custom guns. Trigger breaks at 2.75# out of the box like glass. This rifle shoots sub moa all the way down to .25 being my best group using IMR 4350 and Berger VLDs. I highly recommend this rifle for hunting as well as target shooting!
