Caldwell's Magnum DeadShot FieldPod is a versatile hunting rest portable enough to bring rock solid stability on the hunt whether prone, sitting or standing. The dual-framed upper legs and oversized extrusion profile of the lower legs lock with a quick cam lever. Independent angle adjustment of the legs and spiked foot inserts ensure a solid grip on any terrain. An integrated bubble level in the aluminum hub allows rest to be precisely leveled. Ultra smooth rotation and tilt adjustment allow fast and precise target acquisition. It easily adjusts to any gun or crossbow, supporting both forend and stock. The ultra-stable dual frame construction of lightweight aluminum quickly collapses to 30" for transportation and a carry strap is included.

The Caldwell Magnum Tripod is a sturdy firing platform well built and made to last. It is adjustable from sitting position to standing position and everywhere in between. If you are looking for the best shooting platform...you've found it. Highly recommend.

Excellent product: Used this recently in NM for prairie dog hunting. Used it with both a heavy barreled .17 HMR and heavy law enforcement model .223. The weeds and grass in northern NM were again pretty high this year due to above average rainfall. This pod gets me above them and was able to shoot very accurately from a standing position. Had my best shoot ever! Also, been practicing with the field pod from a chair with a crossbow... For blind hunting... Lean into it/keep your shoulder tight to the stock and your accuracy will be tremendous.... Great product!
