No I'm sorry but this one isn't NJ compliant. it has a 20 round magazine and a pistol grip "The following are prohibited: Semi-automatic rifles that are capable of receiving a detachable magazine and has at least two of the following features: 1. Folding / telescoping stock 2. Pistol grip 3. Bayonet lug 4. Flash suppressor 5. Threaded barrel 6. Herbert unfortunately this rifle ships with a 20rd magazine from the factory (which immediately disqualifies this in NJ). Other than the 20rd magazine it would be legal in NJ.

Not sure where you got the 15 round number as I checked by upc and it has a 20 round magazine that and the pistol grip make it illegal in NJ
