[5 of 5 Stars!]This is the first gun that I bought through Buds Gunshop. Their layaway made my purchase easy. My first choice was the Walther ppk/s but it's $407 price was a little much. One thing I came to expect with 22lr pistols originally designed for a higher caliber is that it takes a few hundred rounds before the gun begin to function. This Walther is the exception. For me it functioned as expected right from the beginning. My buddy also loved the gun but he didn't have a firm grip and the gun didn't cycle.
Both my buddy and I love this Walther in the case it is so light that it's hard to tell if there is a gun inside. Normally I prefer a solid steel gun but I have changed my mind. I don't know if a holster can be found with the longer barrel but I don't care, it's one helluva fine pistol, and wouldn't you know it, buds offered the ppk/s on Black Friday for $269! So I had to buy it. With only two Walther in my small collection, I would recommend any Walther product, and Buds Gunshops layaway plan makes the purchase easy.

[5 of 5 Stars!]Bought this pistol for my wife. She wanted something light but that would give her a target pistol. We went with the Walther P22 with the 5" barrel. She is thoroughly enjoying the pistol. One feature that I like is that I can change the barrel to a 3.4 " barrel and she can carry the pistol, once she gets her CC Permit. We had heard reviews that there was a tendencies for misfires and failure to feed. We have not experienced these issues. She has used the pistol five times and enjoys shooting on the range. Bud's was great to work with. Best price, quick shipping and product was exactly as advertised.Show More Reviews...
