Tony, This firearm must be shipped to a licensed FFL in PA for your inspection, form completion, background check, transfer fee, and transfer. Can not be shipped to your home if your not an FFL out of your house.

It will ship to a FFL that you select in the checkout Process that FFL will do all transfer paperwork

Tony, only most "Black Powder" Firearms can ship directly to your residence/home. This shotguns, rifles and handguns are required by Federal Law to ship to an FFL that you select upon purchase.

I recently spoke with someone from UTAS USA and they said, "Any UTS-15 that has a serial number above US12P13000 can support a vertical or angular grip." Since this is the latest version of the UTS15, will this support a vertical grip? Any way to check if the serial number is higher than the one listed by UTAS?

Buds should be able to check a serial number "which is on the box" to see if it is higher than what UTAS USA gave you. The UTS-7+7 is a unique pump action shotgun of only 28.5" overall length, for quick pointing functionality in the woods or for protection at home. It has dual, manually selected 7-round magazines, snap open loading ports and retractable magazine followers. It is able to fire 2.5", 2.75", or 3" magnum shotshells. The UTS-7+7 also features a positive bolt lock that locks the action closed when engaged. The bolt release button is under the rear of the stock, well away from the trigger. It has a Picatinny top rail. The fiber-reinforced butt plate has a 1", 8 durometer (A scale) energy absorbing recoil pad. The UTS-7+7 has a 4140 steel barrel threaded to accept Beretta-style chokes, and is supplied with an extended cylinder choke tube. It is state compliant for NJ, NY, and CO.
