This firearm is what got me into USPSA. The gun feels great. The trigger is unbeatable. Accurate. I've put more rounds through this guy then probably any other handgun I own. Used to carry it for ECD. Then decided to pick up the 4" PPQ for that instead. Excellent pistol!

Great piece. Used in USPSA Matches locally and it shoots well. A bit top heavy and a little light but not real bad. Added a little weight to the grip and magazine and changed to softer kicking rounds which seemed to solve the problem for me. Steel frame might be a better choice. Buds did their usual excellent work on this purchase.

nice gun but was dirty so i had too clean it. the hard case is all scuffed up. i really would like a new case.

Great product, range ready out the box. 250 rounds of Federal 115 grain with no issues. Clean feeds and ejects. Very happy so far.

Awesome weapon right out of the box! Very impressed with it, running it with a Vortex Venom. The Q5 has lots of upgrades on the market as well. Definitely a great 3-gun/competition pistol. Quite accurate.

This is a fine shooting pistol . It is very very accurate and is one of the very best handguns I have ever owned. I'm trying to start shooting in the 3 gun matches and this is going to be my gun of choice. I would tell all of y'all to buy one you won't be disappointed and it's $100 cheaper at buds . It's awesome and sexy

I have been waiting over a year to buy this gun. After finally making the plunge and buying this gun I must say I am completely surprised at how fantastic this gun truly is. It’s very well balanced and is overall a great design. Highly recommend this firearm. I've only been to the range with the Q5 once, but I thoroughly enjoyed shooting this pistol. The fit and finish are top-notch, and the Walther ergonomics are on full display with the Q5. I found the Q5 grip to be extraordinarily comfortable, and it afforded me excellent control of the pistol. The Q5 trigger is the nicest I have felt on a striker-fired gun. The ported slide lowers the weight and reduces recoil, which allowed me to get back on target faster. Paired with a Vortex red-dot sight, my groups were tight at 25 yards. The accuracy of the Q5 is truly impressive, even with inexpensive ball ammo. The Q5 ate everything I threw at it; In two hours of shooting, I experienced zero issues with feeding or ejection. I love the Q5, and I cannot wait to get it back to the range.

Although I have owned a Walther gun before,this is my first purchase online,& online with Bud"s. Walther guns are known for their quality in precision workmanship & they didn't let me down.With about 500rds
thru the gun, so far I have had "0" problems.Very accurate,& great feel in the hand.I am not a competition shooter but I do go to the indoor pistol range once a week & the rifle range once a week ,so I do have a lot of activity shooting guns. I am retired & a lot of my buddies play golf. Me,I get a better since of satisfaction making a hole in one with this 9mm & my custom made 308cal rifle.Based on this transaction with Bud's I will continue to look at their inventory first before purchasing from anyone else. Also,they have a great selection with low prices.

I already owned a Walther PPQ M2 Navy so I was familiar with the platform. The Q5 Match version is a no brainer. If you have a sponsor buying your guns get the steel frame but everything about this pistol is great. I added a little weight on the rail and it helps me on rapid fire. Accuracy, fit , finish and function are top notch.

Had the gun 3 days after I purchased it from Buds.. speed of delivery and updates along the way as we expect from Buds. Now the gun. Smoooooth tigger, great looks, and finish. At the range was almost dead on from the first shot.... small adjustment and good to go. Easy disassembly and cleaning. Changed out the grip to fit by hand... good to go. If you are looking for a good 9mm with a 5 inch barrel you cannot go wrong here.

Love, love, love this gun! I researched the heck out of this gun before purchasing and am so glad I bought it. I saved $200 compared to my local gun store.
This is the second gun from Bud's. I always forget how slow their process is. I ordered it on July 5th and didn't have it in my hands until July 17th. To get the good price you can't use a credit card. When they say you have to wait five days for it to clear the bank, they really mean it. Once it cleared, they took two days to ship it.
The gun came as advertised and in perfect condition.
I cleaned it and took it to the range. I've shot 100 rounds through it. I shot some cheap ammo that caused my Sig P320C fits, but this gun ran it flawlessly. It is dead on accurate and shot a 2 1/2" ragged hole at 21', standing, two handed grip, unsupported. WOW, WOW, WOW!
The grip can be changed as it has three different back straps. It was super easy to change. Walther's grips feel like they are molded to you hand. And the trigger is exactly as touted - probably the best production trigger on the market. What a joy to own and to shoot.
Get it...you won't be disappointed.

Right out of the box the pistol looks amazing, took it to the range as soon as I could. The pistol is a smooth shooter. Feels great in the hands, and was 100% reliable after one hundred rounds of cheap ammo. Great groupings, also. I highly suggest it, if not for having a cool range toy, it's an amazing second kind of cool if you enjoyed seeing it in Deadpool 2.

Very accurate gun out the box! Definitely will make shooting more enjoyable. I added a Venom sight and now shoots even better. Super accurate.

First off: I'm a long time shooter who appreciates a good trigger. I like 1911s, Cajun tuned CZs, etc. The Walther PPQ 5 Match has, in my experience, the best factory trigger of any
striker-fired pistol on the market. This, combined with excellent ergonomics, makes for a very shootable pistol. I added a Vortex Viper optic and am extremely pleased with the results.
Only about 200 rds. through it but 100% reliable so far, and very accurate.
Buds, as always, was flawless in the transaction. Gun was listed at a great price, was as described, properly packaged, and came on time. Shipper texted me to report delivery to my LGS and I had it that afternoon.

Great trigger and easy to get on target quickly. Very accurate but front sight could be a little brighter, although it is sufficient. Mag release and slide stop are easily reached without changing your grip. The grip itself is a little slippery but talon granulate grips took care of that. Seems a little top heavy but for me isn’t an issue. Maybe that is to help with the recoil because it is a soft shooter and controlable. It was an easy choice for me to be my new uspsa production and idpa ssp pistol of choice. Wish i would have tried it sooner. Have 600-700 rounds through it so far and no issues.
