Installed this grip without any difficulty and went to our "Black Rifle" match. I came in 9th overall with iron sights. The back and front panels that come with this grip are rubber and give you a good grip even in our 107 degree heat. I put the smooth front panel on (which let me move my hand as high as possible) and the large back panel (which put my trigger finger in perfect position) and found i had total control of the rifle.
