This was a great buy especially with the rebate from Remington. Unfortunately to my surprise the action isn't as smooth and free flowing that I have come to love from remington probably why it was such a good price. I choose this weapon for it is a long range, high powered Left Handed firearm. I may need to make some modification but other than that I am happy with it and is a really good, comfortable shooter. Buds is the only place I buy new firearms from. Will be buying more when my fiance calms down :)

When attempting to mount the scope, I found the forwardmost screw to be stuck in place. It took 3 days working with penatraiting oil to finally loosen up the screw. I now have the scope mounted and boresighted, I just need a place to go shoot the darn thing. Price was certainly right. Shipping was fast. I had a problem using the automated checkout, so I called them and I was walked right thru the issue (if you have gift cards, go online and register them before attempting to use online. They must have an address associated with the card!)

This is the first 700 i've ever owned and i love it. The trigger is clean and crisp. I have this one adjusted down to about 2#s. This is also the first left handed bolt action i've used. Being a lefty shooter, it took me a few times at the range to get over not running the bolt with my right hand. But now it fits like a glove. This gun is very accurate. The 26 inch barrel makes it easy to point and click. I love this gun and would easily buy it again.

Love it. Even tho been trained to shoot right, it always feel right to shoot natural. The rifle is build great, with the new trigger there no need to go out and upgrade. The only down side is the stock. Only thing that need to be replace. After that it balance out. Buds has been my go to spot to buy gun/rifle. I live in FL, VA and now CA and Buds is still my spot.

I have been shooting left-handed Remingtons for 32 years now and this rifle is already one of my favorites. It sighted-in very easily with off the shelf ammunition, 6 shots with the last 3 in the bullseye @ 100 yards. I have taken numerous feral hogs and several white-tailed deer so far this season. It is an exceptionally accurate rifle at a very reasonable cost. The finish seems durable and I have no complaints. In fact, I just ordered another one from Bud's in a different caliber!

Remington 700. Not much more to say. Love the platform. Remington could have saved the crappy stock for the lighter recoiling calibers. I swapped out my H-S Precision stock from my Remington 700 VS LH .223 for it. Crappy stock is the only negative.
