Really unhappy with this rifle, it comes in the box not completely assembledand I am no gun smith sob I am going to have to take it to one to make sure it is assembled properly for safety sake.

At first ,I was skeptical. Hgh Point firearms.Rate on the lower end ,when I comes to Quality.But this carbine is excellent!! And comes w all the bells and whistles..I've had it to the range now many times .Next to my Ruger carbine.It performs ,excellently. Great buy.

Very impressed, with the speed and quality of the latest weapon. 8 days and I had the weapon. The weapon was very well made. It surpassed my early evaluations of Hipoint weapons that I have owned. Thanks Again Buds.

The Hi Point carbine is surprisingly accurate. Fun gun to use for casual target practice. I like the forward grip and the flashlight. The laser not so much. It does have a pretty bad trigger pull. Stiff and not at all smooth. Sometimes does not reset. Disassembly for cleaning is a real pain. For the price it's not a bad investment.

REALLY ENJOY THIS GUN . RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX SHOT 50 ROUNDS NO ISSUES . I USED WINCHESTER 115 GRAM WHICH CAME FROM BUDS .

Took a little longer to get here...but under the circumstances I understood. FFL was a breeze once it arrived. Haven't had a chance to take it to the range so I can't speak about that. Seems to cycle with the charging handle well. Ordered the mag holders for the stock and two extra mags from HP. Also bought a Redball 20 round mag...both seem fine. With the Redball I can have 40 rounds onboard. Should be more waaay than enough to stop an intruder, plus should make it a little more enjoyable at the range. The build quality isn't top notch but everything seems to fit together pretty good. I didn't buy it for beauty or top shelf quality. I bought it to run and everything I've seen and read it does just that. Not using the laser (crappy)...I attached the grip and light. Light is decent and will light up a room...more than enough for home defense. Again, I wasn't trying to impress the boys at the range. And I'm not going hunting with it. Only trying to protect my family and have cheap fun at the range. I have never owned a HP and probably will not buy any of their handguns. Anyway, if you are looking for a cheap tool for playtime at the range that doubles as a good HD weapon I think this may be the best of both worlds.

Great gun.... I never had one problem after 1000 rounds. Easy to clean and strip down. It handles as good as my AR and my friends are always asking to shoot it. Good job Hi Point and made in the USA!!
