Love this gun. This 6.5 CM is one sweet shooting rifle. I shot my best buck this year with this rifle, 176 yards, he went 40 yds, leaving a blood trail anyone could find. Do have to say that I changed out the trigger with a Timney trigger after several misfires which also cost me some big bucks, But even so I will still give 5 stars to this rifle.

This Savage Predator Hunter is a sweet platform for the 6.5 Creedmoor. I have obtained frequent .5 MOA groups at all ranges if I do my part. Rifle is a little heavy with scope, so it is not something you would want to lug around the hills all day. But it will hit what you aim at like a laser.

Great rifle, Great price Shoots straight and has replaced all of my other deer rifles except my 45-70 Very mild recoil, puts deer down quick.

I love this rifle. I first purchased one in .243 and it shot so well that I purchased the same one in 6.5 Creedmoor. Quality craftsmanship and very accurate. I highly recommend. Oh and Bud's is top notch. Several transactions and never an issue. Best prices, fast shipping, and great service.

Very happy with this rifle. It shoots amazing. Easily get 1/2" groups at 100 yards and my best reloads are .34" groups at 100. Fit and finish are great. Only complaint would be the extractor is a little weak.

My rifle arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I was able to shoot it today and was more than pleased at the accuracy of this rifle. After 5 one shot and clean cycles. My first shot group was just under .5 of an inch. Cleaned again and shot 3 shot group of 3/8's of an inch. Loads were 41.5 grs. of H4350 and Hornady 143gr. ELD X BULLETS. I have grown to expect great accuracy from Savage. This is my second rifle, my first a .22-250. You went be disappointed with this rifle.

I can not believe the out of the box accuracy with this rifle. I talked my brother into the new 6.5 Creedmoor round so a lot was riding on this purchase for me. We went to the range, the gun sighted in quickly. Then we started doing load development and the groups were all under an inch. The final load we settled on was 1 hole at 100 yards, 1/4 inch group. This rifle has maybe 30 rounds through it and its shooting 1 hole groups???? That's amazing! My brother has shot out to 400 yards, he told me he has shot under an inch at 400 with this rifle. If you do not own a Savage, you owe it to yourself to give them a shot. At this price range, I do not see anything more accurate on the market. Also, the Accustock is well worth the money assuming you do not want to upgrade the stock. The Accustock is very stiff and a huge upgrade over the normal plastic stocks. A+ from Savage and A+ from Buds.

This is the most accurate out of the box rifle I have ever purchased. A Warne steel one piece mount with Nightforce optics and rings has this rifle shooting dimes with factory ammo. I'm pretty sure that once you start shooting a 6.5 creedmoor you will be like me and have a new favorite do it all caliber. The 6.5 is just a pleasure to shoot with plenty of steam to get the job done on game up to and including Elk with the right bullet and at a reasonable distance. Pick a spot and burn a hole through it describes it best.
