Have used Pachmayr Presentation Series grips on 2 pistols and 5 different revolvers since 1978. Replaced a 30+ year old Pachmayr grip mounted on a 2013-era Ruger New Model Blackhawk because the old one split at flex point between grip side panel and back strap when reinstalling grip after cleaning firearm. No complaint as grip was over 30 years old. Replacement not in stock at local stores. Bud's total price (including what I thought to be somewhat expensive shipping charge) was cheaper than several other on line retailers. Ordered grip on Friday. Grip arrived 8 days later on Saturday.
I read several reviews noting problems encountered by buyers. As a result, prior to installation, I took the following steps and suggest other buyers consider the same:
1) Check that interior of grip panels are cut out for frame locating pins, etc. (Mine matched)
2) Make sure grip is warm prior to installation for greater flexibility.
3) Clamp grip halves together after installing on frame, and prior to installing screw. (I used small padded bar clamps).
4) Put a small O-ring (or washer) under the screw head before inserting screw to prevent screw threads from projecting out the opposite side.
I am satisfied with the product and would not hesitate to order from Bud's again.

A little difficult to get the grips fitted over the roll pin in the grip frame, but worth the trouble to have the rubber over back of grip frame for hard kicking caliber. Very slight gap at bottom and front on mine but not much. Way better than checkered plastic panels that came factory on my Blackhawk.

Grips works well on a couple of single sixes and are legal for cowboy action because of the lack of finger grooves
