was so excited to get this weapon in and try it out... Only to find it bad from the manufacturer. I'm glad I found this on the range and not qualifying for my department or worse....I have had to replace the bolt, the buffer, and buffer spring due to repeating extraction issues with this particular weapon. If your going to by an AR from Buds, Please do so. the people are great and will hep in any way possible.. Just don't by a Windham. Spend the extra money and go with the colt or Aero Precision.

Awesome rifle. When I received it I cleaned and lubed. Then ran 2000 rounds thru it without a single issue. Well built and accurate. With Aim Point PRO I am getting 2 inch group standing leaning against a post at 100yards. Money well spent.

I didn't try yet the rifle but overall very satisfied with purchase.

This is the first gun I've ever purchased in my life, and I love the quality put into it. My local gunsmith gave me some pointers and tips, which helped me understand the platform greatly, accompanied with my own research. Only gone through 100 5.56 Federal xm193 but it shot perfectly as far as I could tell. The BCG parts look a little used now, which I cleaned before using and after using for the first time. From what I've read it's good to keep them well oiled, so hopefully I'm doing okay. My gunsmiths all think this was a great purchase for quality, spec and price. I plan to do upgrades like a Magpul QDM sling, a Surefire light, Vortex UH-1 Razor, etc. Very happy with this purchase.

Windham Weaponry did a great job building this rifle. Upper-to-lower fit is spot on. The black anodize hardcoat finish is excellent and very durable feeling. I love the look of the free floating handguard. Functionality of this weapon is second to none. As accurate as the reviews talked about. The CDI is a top notch AR 15 with plenty of bells and whistles. This being my 5th purchase from Buds and my 1st AR 15 i was very anxious to receive my gun. With that being said the 4 days of processing time after my FFL had to send an updated license almost killed me. Once processing was complete.... Delivery was quick as usual. This is third purchase from Buds and as always the order went through smooth as silk. Love the rifle. A very solid AR, well built and delivered speedily and in excellent condition. Buds kept me informed on my order from purchase to delivery and I could not have been happier. Way to go Buds!

Great platform. Of all the reviews I've read nobody's mentioned the 9" diamond head bottom rail that comes stock from the factory. If you plan on using a bipod with the AFG, the rail section is too small. either the bipods half on the rail or the AFG is pushed back off the rail a bit and your foregrip suffers with keeping the muzzle on target. You would either need to buy a front pistol grip or replace the 9" rail with a 10"rail. That is the only oversight this sick puppy has. the sling it comes with is a laugh, i went with the 10" rail and got a GG&G bipod, that the legs of the bipod can be used as a forward pistol grip. it is a sexy, accurate, well built, well crafted, platform. With the 1/9 twist rate barrel, i was getting sub moa at 100yds with hornady .223 55gr TAP ammo. It loves the 55gr. It does have a little more recoil with the vortex flash hider, but there is virtually no flash! In my opinion this is the best AR-15 out there from any company in this price range and will hang with the ones double the price.

Great gun well worth the price. Arrived in perfect condition. Shoots great no failures of any kind yet.

Nice gun. I do not see any marks and it functions good. I just got it so i haven't fire but it feels good on the hands.

I have had this WW CDI rifle for almost a year. It has performed very well. Very accurate and reliable. WW had improved upon the Bushmaster with the CDI. If your looking for a nice rifle, good fit and finish this is a great option. Buds was great to work with, very easy.
