"Another great transaction with Buds, Saw this package deal for $291 and couldn't pass it up. Smooth transaction to my FFL, I replaced the standard scope rings with my usual Warne Mounts, made sure base screws were tightened up with the Blue Loctite, remounted the Nikon Scope in my Warne Mounts and re-bore-sighted. Should be good to go rock solid now for sighting in at the range. Can't wait to shoot

I just got my Savage 11 yesterday, and i couldn't be happier with my purchase from buds; again they beat everyone else's price. I was ordering a S&W AR, and saw the price on the Savage & couldn't pass it up($291) everywhere else lists it at $550. Buds customer service was execellent as usual, delivery was prompt to my FFL. I can't wait to put rounds down range with my .308, all aspects of this rifle are superb.

I killed a nice 6 point in his bed with a neck shot with this rifle. I had to shoot him left handed so as not to have to turn after I spotted him. The accutrigger made it so easy - his head dropped and it was over. The rifle came up and was on him with no effort, even left handed. This is now my go to gun.

Buds is great to deal with. This is an excellent hunting rifle. The Nikon scope is clear and bright. The whole package is lightweight. The trigger is very good. My rifle shoots right about 1 moa with high-quality factory ammo. This is not a target rifle, but it's not supposed to be. The barrel will heat up and lose some accuracy after several quick shots. This would not occur under field conditions, only range conditions.
