Barrel: machined from bar stock with 7 lands and grooves having a 16‐1 right hand twist.
Receiver: 7075‐T6 aircraft grade heat treated aluminum alloy, machined from bar stock.
Grip/Frame: Made from Zytel polymer, with ergonomic finger grooves and an integral "RE-COIL CUSHION" on the back‐strap.
Recoil Spring System: all steel, fully encapsulated for ease of disassembly and reassembly.

I purchased the SCCY 9mm CPX2 from Buds in 2019 and I still have this hand gun and have been pleased overall with its performance. Back in 2019 when I purchased this SCCY, I didn’t have a 9mm hand gun and I was wanting to buy a 9mm for concealed carry. This gun is a perfect size for concealed carry and is pretty accurate for a short barrel hand gun. Probably the only thing I’m not pleased with is that it does not have a manual safety. I knew the gun didn’t have a manual safety when I bought it but it had a really good price at the time so I decided to purchase it anyway. It’s been a good purchase.

This is an excellent choice for a concealed carry 9mm handgun. Yes, it is hammer driven and the trigger pull takes some time to get used to, but overall this pistol is superb in function and price. It is easily concealable and dependable..

Why did I buy this pistol? It was cheap and I wanted something in my truck and that’s what I got. But I found this pistol to be a very nice pistol. It doesn’t have failure, it very light and it fits the holster in my truck. It is the perfect pistol my uses. Oh and it looks good. For me I gave it (5) stars. It is a nice small pistol.

Not a fan. My wife, my buddy, and I all did not like the feel of the gun when shooting. I ended up selling it.

Service from Bud's excellent as usual, received my gun in only three days took to the range and put around a hundred rounds thru it no jams or misfires the trigger takes a little getting used to but other than that a great little gun.
