What is a good sling for this model?

I was wondering what type of magazines would work with this model? I’m looking for some extra magazines and was wondering if anyone knows what brand would work well with this model ? Thank you.

Us palm is the best magazine for an AK hands down. Make sure to get the steel reinforced version and not the Range models. John - Not much for sure, if any ... the RI2245N appears to be an older model, and has likely been discontinued (as it is 'out of stock' with many vendors) , and replaced by the RI2398N. Most likely, Century Arms charged Buds more for the RI2245N, and have dropped their prices to dealers with the RI2398N - all gun prices have gone down over the recent past.. Buds prices are based on a 'cost-plus' basis, and they would therefore charge less for the newer model for which they paid less money. I see other vendors pricing the RI2398N in the $740 price range. Buds is cheaper than anyone I found. SO, it pretty much has to be that Buds is charging less - because they paid less - for the newer model. I would suggest you call Buds, at 1-859-368-0371 (9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri) or use the "chat now" button located at the bottom right hand portion of your screen, (9am-9pm EST 7 days a week) and pose your question to them directly.

John, these rifles have essentially the same features. The difference in price is more a aspect of the number of each Buds has in stock since their firearms prices are directly related to stock level.

Will this rifle accomodate a Midwest industries rail or do I have to purchase the red army standard? Looking to mount an eotech xps2

Raymond, This firearm has a typical side mounted AK scope/optic rail. So you would need a AK side mount set up for your Eotech. The Midwest Industries AK rail mount part number MIAK SMG2-R will work just fine. Or you can use Red Army Standard part GGG1269. Either one will work fine.

The Century Arms International C39v2 is an excellent American Made rifle that will satisfy any AK aficionados' needs. The Century Arms C39v2 is constructed using modern manufacturing processes with a 4140 ordnance steel milled receiver and a chrome moly nitride treated barrel. The barrel features a 14x1 metric left hand threaded muzzle. It has a large tee shaped mag catch, a bolt hold open safety and an enhanced dust cover. This is a do it all firearm that is a fantastic tool for defense, competition, recreational shooting and hunting. It features premium wood furniture, and is AKM furniture compatible.
