Just wondering what the core difference is between the M400 TI red dot and the M400 red dot?

Allen, absolutely nothing except that the TI has a "Titanium" Finish. They are identical otherwise.

Is castle nut properly staked, aslo is the micro light gas block staked? The bolt carrier group as well?

I have no idea. You might just give SIG a cal and ask. 603-610-3000 I'm confident the bolt carrier is properly staked, but nothing is ever 100% sure. Just call 'em up and ask. Thanks.

The real purpose of 180 day layaway is to help get over stocked firearms numbers reduced.
