Ruger GP100 Standard 5.5" 22 Long Rifle Revolver - 5.5" Barrel, 10 Rounds

Like Rugers and thought I needed this one in my collection, like the 10rds and the gp 100 line. And thumbs up for Buds offering this hard to find gun.

I just love this Ruger revolver. All I did was give it a cleaning. It was accurate right right out of the box. I highly recommend this fine revolver.

This pistol cost quite a bit, but it was worth it. I love the adjustable sights. It's a bit heavy, but a great pistol.

Great shooter, very accurate for sure! This baby is a tank and seems indestructible! It's a two hand shooter due to its heavy weight but thats ok with me! With the speed beez block and speedloader its a blast to plink steel plates, fast and accurate! LOVE THIS GUN!!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

I have had six shot 22 revolvers in the past and up to now; however, I have wanted a double action 10 shot for some time. The swing out cylinder allows for rapid ejection, as opposed to the single case at a time ejection with the single action guns. The GP100 is an excellent example of the 10 shot DA revolver breed. It already comes with the fiber optic front sight, which I need at my age. I have fired a couple hundred rounds through it at this point with complete satisfaction. When shooting such a gun, remember that 22 LR ammunition burns dirty compared to center fire rounds. The operator must be especially careful to clear out the area under the ejector star regularly during the firing session. This is true of all 22 LR revolvers. Anyone with this gun should consider getting the Speed Beez speed loader and loading trays. They really work. Even after the chambers start accumulating crud, the loader drops the rounds in and the shooter need only make sure they seat fully using a thumb. This gun lives up to the Ruger reputation. It may not be quite as refined as the S&W 617 but its fit and finish is still really good, it’s built to last, and it costs less to boot. I highly recommend it.

This gun is heavy, feels good and steady in the hand, grips look good and feel great. The sights are easily adjusted. The 10 shot cylinder adds 40% to the fun factor.

i was very impressed with this handgun. even tho it's a .22 it has the feel and weight of a big bore handgun. i'm very happy with the product and with dealing with bud's again. bud's is my first stop when i am shopping for anything in the gun world.
