I so wanted to like this gun. But if I’m honest, it is a piece of junk. Jams, fails to feed, basically anything you hate, this gun does well. Shame too. Sold it for peanuts just to get rid of it. Accessories or great, hence the 2 stars

I purchased this FMK PATRIOT ENGR 9MM along with the FMK RECON 9mm on the same day... I LOVE the RECON...in every way shape and form. Fires great, looks great, feels great, etc., etc. But the PATRIOT, Well....
Both are seemingly identical weapons except for cosmetics. Both feel wonderful in the hands, both fire great, but the Patriot is having FAIL TO EJECT issues that are not consistent enough for me to pinpoint whether it is the ejector, the magazines, or whatever. That is my only issue with the PATRIOT...otherwise I love it. But ejection issues are difficult to clear quickly and therefore are annoying. Would never depend on this weapon to defend me, but it is fun for recreational shooting and it looks great, feels great, and I love the Bill of Rights engraved on the side.
Unfortunately I failed to to register the Patriot with FMK in the first 30 days of ownership, so I am not sure how I am going to resolve the ejection issue, but since I have 5 other handguns that include a SCCY, a Ruger, a Glock, and a Kel-Tec that all perform VERY well, I am not overly concerned about it.
