Springfield Armory XD-S Essential 9mm Pistol 3.3 FDE - 3.3" Barrel, 8+1 Rounds

This Springfield was my first purchase after getting my CCL, love it, great size, fits comfortably with inside holster. Fiber optic site glow great, comes with 5 mags, great carry weapon. Shipment to a bit longer due to e-check clear time.

Excellent hand gun nice to shoot buy one

I was excited to grab one of these right when single stack sub-compact polymer framed guns were getting hot on the market. The XDS is a great streamlined sub-compact gun with rich features. The fiberoptic front sight is really crisp and aids aiming immensely. The textured frame doesn't offer much friction, but better than not having anything. The trigger on this gun is far superior to other offerings in it's class. The mini light rail adds the option for a light or laser. The only problem with these platforms are the single stack capacity. It ships with 1x seven round mag, and 1x eight round mag. Included is an optional "grip enhancement" that I just leave off. Overall a great gun for it's specific purpose. Discreet concealed carry.

Got it a few weeks ago, took it out the next day and shot over 200 rounds NOT A SINGLE JAM!! Great weight, the grip safety is fantastic, sights are solid, kick is what you’d expect from a gun this size, caliber and weight. Guns a 10/10 id take it over any other 9. Used to prefer Glock but this pistol is my new favorite by far.

Pretty good gun for conceal carry. The size is perfect to conceal in side pockets, or in holster under clothe. Zero malfunction so far, after close to 100 rounds.
