Fit and finish on this handgun are flawless. The heft of the gun allows the taming of the recoil from 357 magnum loads easily. I have not experienced any difficulties or misfires with this revolver. Accuracy is fantastic; definitely a pleasure to own and shoot.

I absolutely love this Ruger Red Hawk awesome 8 shot gun its heavy enough that there's very little recoil shooting 357 out of a 2.75 barrel makes for a great carry gun. I especially like carrying it in my Craft Leather custom shoulder rig. The gun is beautiful and a pleasure to shoot. Buds was a pleasure to deal with on this purchase I traded a gun to them in return for there offer which I accepted to go towards my purchase I could not be happier....Thank you Buds....KCK

This Revolver is a tank! Which is a good thing. It really tames the .357 and makes it very pleasant to shoot. It also fires .38 special which feels like a .22 in this firearm. Ruger does a terrific job on building strong long lasting products and this Redhawk is a perfect example. My FFL dealer was drooling over it. Beautiful gun, great shooter.

Outstanding firearm that has great heft, balance and like all Rugers......built like a tank. The normal excellent and trouble free experience with Bud's Gun Shop. Excellent accuracy for a 2.75" barrel. My new "going camping" gun.

Smooth transaction with Buds and FFL. As for the Ruger 357 8 shot, love it! Was intimidated when I first opened the box. Finally got to the range and the range officer said that being it had a 2.75 inch barrel it was gonna be punishing on the hands. WRONG! Ruger knew what they were doing by making this firearm 44 oz. I was shooting it one handed and still bulls eyeing. 38 special or 357 magnum it handled it just fine. Great job Ruger. I don't even want to shoot my .45 anymore LOL. Thanks Buds!

I've been doing business with Bus for a few years and bought and sold many guns from them and their customer service is A1. As for the Ruger I've been on the fence with this gun for a couple of years and I'm am very happy with the purchase. The pics dont do justice at all. Very well built and beautiful fun. At over 3 pounds it's a brick but the weight soaks up the recoil which is very manageable.
