Rafael, yes sir. During checkout buds will have an option to remove the magazine. Buds will remove the magazine but won't replace it with another magazine, so you will have to purchase a state compliant magazine separately. Hope this helps.

it takes a adapter that will extend the threads beyond the slide you may need different sights depending on the diameter of the suppressor (to big and it will block the sights)

It is ready for a suppressor of the right threading not just any suppressor though.

I'm sure the photo is incorrect. Bud's states that at the bottom of the photo. The pictures are just for reference at are not always accurate. They do normally get the description correct.
