This malfunction can be caused by a variety of factors. I'm not clear on the exact type of malfunction you're experiencing, but it looks like it is a failure to feed a new round after ejecting a spent casing. This can happen if the bolt is not going back far enough due to grease or other obstructions. This could also indicate an issue with the magazine. There are other considerations and steps to take as well: 1.) This particular firearm may be sensitive to certain types of ammunition. Buy a small sampling of several different brands to see if one performs better than the others. 2.) If the firearm hasn't been cleaned since you purchased it, follow the manufacturer's suggested method of breaking down the firearm to remove any factory preservative with a degreaser of some sort, then follow that with a light amount of lubricant at friction points. 3.) The magazine may require cleaning; follow the manufacturer's suggested method of breaking down the magazine and thoroughly clean the follower, spring, and tube. Follow up with a very light coat of oil on the spring before reassembling. If all else fails, reach out to the manufacturer to discuss what they can do to help you under the warranty. Be safe, and happy shooting!
