Henry Lever Action Steel Wildlife Edition 30-30 Win - 20" Barrel, 5+1 Rounds, Wood, American Walnut Stock

I purchased this fine rifle when it first came out. I have deer hunted for well over 40 years and this rifle just begged me to buy it. I really enjoy the "wildlife" scrolling that is on each side of the receiver. It's smooth just as all Henry's are in lever action. I may not hunt with this rifle; it's going to be a heirloom for my grandchildren. I look at it as an "investment," for their future. Yes, I know it will go "bang" when fired, but I already have another 30-30 that I use for that.

Received my Henry 30-30 h009wl and love it. Great rifle. Very well made . It is my second Henry and not my last. Wish I had known they were coming out with the side loading gate but oh well will just have to buy another.

Great workmanship. Details were great. The rubber recoil pad was a little discolored butnit vane around with a little gun oil - excellent purchase that will bring many memories.

I am happy with the looks of my new Henry. Contacts with the company have been good. I am disappointed that the rifle shoots a couple of inches to the left at 50 yards. I would have thought the rifle would be dead on as it was supposedly test fired before shipping out. I now need to take the gun to a gunsmith as I do not want to scratch or otherwise "mess up" my gun. It is an expensive and once in a lifetime type of purchase for me.
