Hi-Point's 995TS 9mm carbine has an all-weather, polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer, multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base. It has a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, last round lock open feature, and fully adjustable sights (post front, peep rear). The 995TS carbine has a 16.5" barrel for an OAL of 31". Hi-Point produces affordable, American-made firearms featuring 100% American parts and assembly. Hi-Point carbines are +P rated and accept all factory ammunition. This model features a laser. It has a black stock with black metal finish and includes a 10-round magazine. (The mag is not compatible with C9)

This is a fun Plinker that holds pretty well out to 100 yds (which is pretty good for a 9mm) before it tumbles. Great for home defense, it cycles well and misfeeds are rare.

What a nice gun for the money. Very fun to shoot and pretty accurate. I wish the magazine was larger. Bud's shipping was fast. This was my second order from Bud's and I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience

Well the gun snobs can KMA. This is a great little gun that is fun to shoot and very accurate. I had a little trouble with the front sight at first but solved that with a dab of white nail polish.Now hits 3 inch groups at 100 yards with any brand of ammo I feed it. It lives by my bed ready for action. Buds was great as always good service and communication. I'm already contemplating my next purchase.
