Aero Precision's M5 .308 Stripped Lower Receiver helps you build a big-bore AR from the ground up. Mil-spec dimensions and coating ensure the highest quality and correct component interface. It features a upper and Nylon tipped tension screws, rear takedown pin detent hole that is threaded for a 4-40 set screw, bolt catch that is threaded for a screw pin (no roll pin needed), and a integrated trigger guard. This stripped lower receiver works with standard DPMS 308 components and magazines.

A great price and there were no issues with any holes being out of spec. There was also a tight fit between the upper once it was assembled.

I purchased this just before Measure 114 was set to take place in Oregon. I wanted a FDE Aero M5 and Bud's was still willing to send it out. As of 3/28/23 the measure is still unconstitutional and not in effect. Have not yet built the lower.

Bud's comes through again with a great product at a great price. This lower is awesome and putting it together was simple. I love the color and finish overall. Aero makes a good product and the result is a great shooting rifle. Would highly recommend if you want an AR in 308 or 6.5 creedmoor.

I Love this Stripped lower receiver. It was easy to assemble and works with all AR10 parts. Just to err on the side of caution i also ordered the Aero lower parts kit. I was a Bushmaster fan but I’ve just found my new future build company. Aero is nicely made. Thanks Buds.

Awesome! Right when I got this product I easily put my parts kit in it and it mounted right up, no problems. I originally had a cycling issue with my 308 chambering rounds and I came to the conclusion it was my lower. I got this one and every round chambers perfectly. Beautifully finished. Nice lower. All smiles here!
