I am seeing this same shotgun online, but with mixed images. some show a magazine sticking out the bottom, others do not. Mike - the Emperor web site does not show any model of their shotgun that accepts a magazine. If they formerly made one, it seems to have been discontinued. You might be interested in this article: https://gunmagwarehouse.com/blog/the-top-5-magazine-fed-shotguns/

Mike, Emperor does have a magazine fed model of the Duke. BUDs does not have that item in stock. It is not a conversion, but a different shell feed setup from the detachable magazine instead of tube magazine.

I could not find that model at the emperor web site so i am not sure it is available

Mike, thanks for re-posting with the photo link. This is a factory option on all these types of shotguns. All the detachable magazine models have a non functional magazine tube (it serves as the pump guide only). So, it's either the tube version or the detachable mag version as they both won't work simultaneously.

WOW!!! The Emperor Duke is now on of my favorite items in my gun safe! The overall quality is excellent and as far as home protection this thing will stop anything that try’s to come through front door. Also Buds was great to work with especially since I ordered this when the Covid 19 virus was taking place , Buds got my order ready quickly and out the door with perfection! I rate the gun 5 stars and Buds 5 stars !!! If your like me and like a wide assortment of guns in your safe this is a must have item!!

Figment and finish are an 8 out of 10. Tactical rail has some burrs. The action is solid. Cycles shells well.i wish I had a 590 to compare to directly but it is I prefer it to my 870 pistol grip so far. The walnut furniture is well done.

Really nice gun to show at the range, easy to handle, I would say even comfy. Only the sidesaddle shell holder is useless, never holds shells.

Firearm is really fun to shoot and the quality is very good. There were no blemishes on the wood or frame when I received it from my FFL. Love the finish. 00 Buck does recoil quite a bit while low brass skeet loads are easy enough for a smaller sized man/woman to handle. Definitely a fun conversation piece and a great firearm for home defense. Not for everyone but if you're into this sort of firearm you won't be disappointed.
