Unfortunately this is not new jersey compliant/legal. It's a semi automatic with a magazine outside of the pistol grip and has a threaded barrel. So that makes it a no go in new jersey. Sorry but hope this helps.

Edwin, yes Sir. Most manufacturers including CZ make firearm packages that have 10rd magazines so their firearms can also be sold in state that have magazine capacity restrictions. The firearms are exactly the same but just have 10rd mags included. The pistols will also accept any standard capacity magazines just fine. Cheers and stay safe!

Yes, any standard scorpion magazines will work fine, the 10-round mags are just for certain state compliance.

Looking to buy a cz Scorpion pistol in FDE, I see buds sells two versions, one with a 20rd mag capacity (model 91352) and a low capacity 10rd mag version (model 01353). Other than the mags being smaller (do they both come with 2 mags?), is there any other difference at all? I'm assuming it is to be compliant with some other states but noticed even the low capacity says it has the threaded barrel so I don't get it. Do they both come threaded? Any other differences in package? Thanks.

This CZ Scorpion sub-gun features a blowback-operated semi-auto in 9mm with a short 7 3/4" barrel. Equipped with a low-profile sights, its rear sight has four different aperture sizes for everything from close quarters to way out there. The sights ride on an 11 Picatinny rail perfect for mounting optics. Its muzzle features 1/2x28 threads hidden underneath the factory flash-hider. Included is a QD sling swivel pocket that is integrated into the rear sling attachment point.
