I don't regret this purchase at all. Great price w/ $100 rebate that was going on at time. Would rather have had enhanced model, but I can modify it myself for the price pd and money saved. No problems at all. Thrilled with purchase, price and Bud's too. Gun comes with great reviews and I see why. Accurate out of the box, and no FTF's or FTE's with first 200 rounds. Plan on getting a few more mags and will try out Wilson because of their reputation and increased number mag will hold. Bud's was great in every aspect of this order and will be using them again soon. 5 stars for the Rem R1 and Bud's too..

I I have shot around 500 rds of, 230 grain ball ammunition since receiving my Remington 1900 stainlessl. During first 50 rds had 2 wnf's, since it has run smooth as glass. It is probably broken in at this point, as everything has loosened up a little. Trigger is good, sights are good. I want judge accuracy that much as I am no expert by no means. Generally so far I am as pleased as I could be.
Now the price was outstanding, I gave 620 bucks with a 100 factory rebate, thanks.

I have been shooting this pistol occasionally for the past two years now. Overall, I like the look and feel of the gun. It is very accurate and accepts almost any ammo that I use. It has been prone to extractor issues causing double feeds. I sent it back to the factory for warranty service last year. When it came back, it worked great for a couple of hundred rounds, but now is having problems with the spent rounds not ejecting clear of the gun, which I believe is the result of improper extractor tension. Since the gun is now off warranty, I am not sure weather I should send it back to Remington again at my expense or have a gunsmith install a Wilson Combat extractor.

I purchased my R1s about a year ago and it's a good thing I didn't write my review then. I would have called this gun the biggest POS I've ever shot. I couldn't fire off even 10 rounds without an FTF. After some research I found out that the factory mags have the crappiest spring and follower set up on the market. I learned a thing or two about 'nosediving'. Tripp Research Cobra mags are said to be some of the best mags on the market. After buying 2 mag rebuild kits for $8 each I've never had another jamming issue since and I'm well over 2k rounds since then. Excellent quality otherwise. Internals are MIM parts but never had any problems out oh them while they were waiting their turn to be swapped with Wilson Combat bulletproof parts. All WC BP parts are exact fit and required absolutely no fitting. And I literally mean ALL parts (except the barrel and bushing). Not saying a barrel and bushing wouldn't fit, I just never changed mine because the barrel is already match grade fit and the bushing IS a match grade part. In the end I can now say I own a gun that I'm willing to put up against ANY Dan Wesson, Les Baer ect... and match them all in every category for thousands less than what they charge. I've got about $1500 altogether in this project. I technically now own a Wilson R1s. I couldn't be happier

As always Buds was great! These guns are well built and look great. I have only run about 50 rounds through mine (I bought 2 as a set) no FTF and no issues at all. The only weird thing is that one of them came with 2 blued magazines and the other one came with 2 stainless magazines-not an issue just strange since they were the exact same gun. The quality is fully packed into this gun.
