Let me start by saying that from the start, I wanted to like this pistol. So I know that my feelings are being processed through that filter. That being said:

I was very pleased with the way the gun shot. It was way more accurate that I expected it to be. I was shooting 4%u201D point-and-shoot groups at 7 yards which is about as good a group as I ever shoot. It fed, fired, and ejected several types of FMJ and both Sig V-Crown 124-grain JHP as well as Winchester SXZ 115-grain JHP. In the first 300 rounds, I had about 6 or 7 light strikes. I would half-rack the slide to reset the striker, re-attempt the shot and it\'d go. As a result of this, I had a little trepidation about carrying it, so I didn\'t. After a couple of range trips and thorough cleaning of the striker channel and trigger assembly after each, I had a session of 133 rounds with zero failures of any kind, clearing it%u2014in my mind%u2014to go into my carry rotation.

Pros
--Very accurate for a carry gun
--Full grip, as opposed to a partial grip completed by a magazine baseplate
--Warranty support: Colorado Gun Works helped me over the phone twice on dis-assembly and reassembly issues. The gentleman on the other end had the answers right of the top of his head
--Sights: the big dot on the front sight makes target acquisition very easy...see below for sight con
--Trigger: Not as smooth as a Walther or Kahr, but very light, easy, with a predictable break
--Mag release: ambidextrous for lefties, button presses well and the mag drops with authority, but won\'t get pressed accidentally while carrying
--Mags: hand-loadable new, feed reliably, drop free
--Holster options: Raw Dog Tactical, Aliengear, Dara, several others, make high quality holsters for this gun, a must for a gun designated as a conceal carry gun%u2014can also use a Sticky MD-4 in a pinch.

Cons
--Fit and finish: there\'s a gap between the top of the barrel and the slide that I\'ve seen on more than just my gun. I feel like this is something Bersa could have improved
--Reliability: I say this ONLY because it\'s wasn\'t absolutely 100%. It may have been a break-in period, it may have been the aforementioned griminess that I cleaned off
--Sights: I don\'t know why Bersa decided it was a good idea to have front Sig sights and rear Glock sights
--Magazine disconnect: I don\'t care so much with firing, but it gave me a headache during cleaning when I pushed the sear forward and had to insert a mag into the frame to reset the trigger to get the slide back on

Great gun, amazing trigger, perfect double-tap machine. That being said, be cautious purchasing this gun from Buds, even though it is advertised as Factory New, you may receive a used gun as I did. I highly recommend this gun. I have heard negative comments about the take down, line up the lines, remove slide pin and bam done.

Buds process of ordering the gun online, going to check it over at your local gunshop that it's sent to, and then having the option of taking it right there or having it sent back is really smooth. I had the hardest time getting my hands on one of these Bersas, lo and behold Buds always comes through. From the first time I shot this gun it has proven itself to be a real winner, it's sleak and really easy to get on target. What a great gun for concealed carry, offer it in a bigger caliber (40 or 45 vs. 9 mm) and there is no telling how many Bersa will sell. Buy one it's worth every dollar.

Overall the BP9CC is an excellent handgun. It's extremely thin and easy to conceal while still being shootable. I found it to be 100% reliable in my hands, with no failures in the 1,000 round that I fired through it. The trigger is very unusual. It's very, very light for a striker fired gun, and pretty smooth. There's a very long take up but a clean, crisp break. The trigger is light enough that I was a little apprehensive carrying it loaded since there's no manual safety but the takeup is long enough that I had no issues.

The stock sights are actually pretty good, highly visible night sights. If you want to replace them it seems like you can use a front and a rear from two different makes. Google it to see which, I don't recall.

I found the gun to be pretty accurate. I purchased it at the height of the Great Ammo Scare of 2012 so I didn't have a lot of different loads to try. It shot pretty low with 115 ball...presumably it would be a lot closer to dead-on with 124/147.

I think this is a pretty neat little gun. Eventually after shooting this one vs the Beretta Nano, I wound up preferring the Nano by a slim margin. Since my sister preferred the Bersa (and needed a defensive handgun) I ended up keeping the Beretta and selling here the BP9CC. But I wouldn't hesitate to CCW one again.

Strengths: Points well, is very light (IIRC it's about 26 oz fully loaded). Pretty good trigger. Very slim.
Weaknesses: Magazines are pretty expensive. It comes with two and the best price I could find on spares was around $45 each.

All in all I liked the gun quite a bit.

Many purchases from Bud's and never disappointed.. The Bersa has to be one of my favorite small 9mm pistols... Put 250rds through it the first day with Zero Malfunctions.... Very impressed with this gun and it is very accurate too..

Great gun, well concealable shoots great.Very happy with product, I was concerned about not first handling the gun because I couldnt find it anywhere here in NJ to first put my hands on it.Purchased it anyway, I have a big hand and it has plenty to hold onto, but still is very concealable, hardly any print. Buds mde the transaction very smooth at a great price. Thanks Bud's.
