Sig Sauer P220-10 Elite 10mm 8rd 5 SAO - 5" Barrel, 8+1 Rounds

First Gun purchased with Bud's for me. The purchase experience was great! Gun arrived fast. Linneman, My FFL was great with the purchase too. As easy as going to a gun store! The Sig pistol is BEAUTIFUL! Shoots great. Fit and finish are excellent. Grips are great. All I hoped it would be. It is easy to list my dislikes, cause I love the Gun. Thumb safety is loud and hard to push, maybe too loud for hunting. This might be easier after use. After 150 rounds the rear (Adjustable) sight became loose in the dove tail. I saw a You-Tube Video where the sight became loose. I called SIG. The sight has a set screw under the elevation bar. (Another you tube video) I had to remove the elevation screw (Ugh had the sight set) tighten the set screw and used Blue thread locker. Sight has been fine since another 200 rounds. Sig was cool to talk too, and patient with me.

Big heavy 10mm. Recoil is greatly diminished by BIG Heavy gun. love it.

Timely delivery, no issues. Weapon exceeded expectations for finish, low recoil, very accurate. Very pleased, not a cheap weapon but well worth it. Recoil is very mild even with hot loads. As a bonus it works in standard 220 holsters. The adjustable sights a little hard to adjust on windage but that is the only thing I have had an issue with. You can also use 220 .45acp magazines without a problem. I had buyers remorse but now I am very happy with my purchase. Sig hit a home run with this model!

Pistol arrived in perfect condition. The black finish looks great. Took it to an outdoor range yesterday and shot 45 rounds of American Eagle 180's. Couldn't believe how mild the recoil was. VERY accurate, too! SA trigger is very crisp and feels lighter than the 5# Sig claims. The sights work well for target shooting. A few minor adjustments only were needed. Even as a reloader, this pistol will be a little expensive to shoot, partly because it really launches the brass far away. Can't wait to work up some reloads!

Extremely nice gun. Superb fit and finish. It is a very heavy pistol and all meta which very good considering it is 10mm. The weight helps considerably with the substantial recoil. The grips are also very good for tactical, though I plan to replace them with some silver-black checkered wood grips that are not quite as aggressive. This pistol is much nicer than the Colt Delta Elite that I also own, though the Colt is a nice 1911 version. The Sig P 220-10 simply feels very solid and ergonomics are great for the powerful 10mm.
