Sig Sauer P239 *CA Approved* 357 Sig Sauer 3.6" - Blue/Black, 3.6" Barrel, 7+1 Rounds, Polymer Grips, Night Sights

I had been looking for a P239 in .357 Sig and Bud’s had a fantastic price that I couldn’t ignore. I purchased the P239 in August 2017, cleaned it and immediately took it to the range. Initially, I was having problems with the slide not locking back on the last round but had experienced the same issue on other Sigs until they were broken in. I’ve shot ~1,000 rounds and have not had any problems other than the initial slide lock issue. The .357 Sig is a fantastic round that is very accurate. I’ve shot it in my P226 and P229 with great results and the P239 is no exception. Although the P239 is heavier than a polymer gun, it is a terrific pistol that is well suited to the .357 Sig.

While I have not shot this yet as I'm waiting for it to clear from my FFL, I have held it and went through my admin checks. This piece just feels right compared to my P229 9mm with rack. Hand grips are comfortable, has an 'intuative' point and pull feel to it. It is slightly slimmer than the P229 so CCW should be a breeze. This is why I bought this piece plus the ballistics from all my research are superior to the 9mm. If this is what I hope it is, then it will be my EDC.

Recieved Sig P239 today. What a beautiful pistol. Quality of workmanship is just top rate. Have a few other Sigs but they never cease to amaze me. This P239 is just gorgeous, and exudes quality
