I'm sure glad I got mine for a lot less than listed above. This revolver is the finest made handgun in my collection. Precision fitting, excellent action and feel. I evern handload spitzer points just for this gun and they work well. One complaint is due to the "necked" cartridge, loads must be factory pressure or under. Although the frame, cylinder, and barrel can handle far hotter loads than the case can hold, the pressure pushes the cartridge back a little then the cylinder won't rotate. If only there was a 3" straight walled .308 "magnum" round that could be fitted to an optional cylinder. I'd throw down again for that!!! Love it, love it, love it. G in AK

It is simply the finest handgun that I own now. It was around the holidays so buds needed every second of the 7 business days to ship but I was not disappointed. Very smooth action. Very manageable recoil. Get one.

Unlike the 4570 BFR with has lots of recoil, the 3030 BFR has very manageable recoil. Also the 3030 ammo is less expensive than 4570 ammo. The 3030 BFR is well made. I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this firearm 3 days ago I've shot it 15 shot so far. It is heavy but I see why because the recoil is minimal. My 13 year old son shoots this gun with ease. I don;t see a problem shooting this gun all day if can afford to feed it.

This firearm represents the finest example of revolver manufacture, function, and beauty. It is a pleasure to own, fire, and admire. One problem though. Owning this magnificent firearm makes all other revolvers owned at best second rate.

I ordered in this revolver for a customer, this is a solid well made revolver, I went through this gun checking everything out for him. It has a really nice clean "no creep" 3 &1/4 pound trigger pull, it's pretty balance for a heavy gun. I may have to order one for myself. He also contacted me this morning, he told me that the gun is accurate right out of the box with no sight adjustment. As a gunsmith I would would definitely recommend this gun for a purchase.

If you are a fan of powerful revolvers then you won't go wrong with this guy. Recoil was less than expected and shot like a laser. I was very impressed with this gun.

If you have not seen one, this is a LARGE revolver, although not as heavy as you would expect for its size. To be completely honest, I bought this more for the pleasure and novelty of owning it. It is a beautiful gun and impressive. But I was pleasantly surprised that for its size and power, I could shoot this accurately with one hand. The sights were good out the box, and I was hitting targets one-handed as accurately as any regular-sized revolver I own. I don't know about the larger calibers, but the 30-30 Win recoil is not bad at all. The weight makes shooting it repeatedly over a longer period of time prohibitive, but you shouldn't get tired emptying it a few times. Shell extraction is one-by-one, so it takes a while to unload and load, but for any purpose you would use this gun, it shouldn't matter. If you love revolvers, you should own one of these.

A:Dale, if buds doesn't have the notify me when available option means they don't plan on getting any. Unfortunately seems these are out of stock everywhere and appear to be discontinued. Your best option for finding one is checking a website called gunbr0ker. They're a site that allows private owners and small shops to sell their products so they usually have rare and discontinued firearms and accessories. Sorry but hope this helps and good luck.See 43 more answers | -

A:I prefer the Bisley Grips Jason. If your hands are on the larger side as are mine, the Bisley's will probably fill your hand slightly better.See 1 more answer |
