It's a Walther .. so it's a good one. I know of nothing but good about this .22 pistol. I also understand the S&W 41 is a fine pistol. I'd be hard pressed to choose one of eh two .. but I'd probably lean a bit toward the Hammerli, because of the Walther engineering.
