The fit and finish is beautiful! So far I've put around 350 rounds through it and have only had to adjust the sight since I was shooting a little high.

I purchased this Les Baer Custom Pistol on the lay away plan at Bud’s. When I made my final payment Bud’s shipped the pistol to my FFL immediately. This was a very good process. The LB Boss 429 1911 pistol is a fine and very accurate gun. She came very tight as advertised and after 700 rounds now is silky smooth and the trigger pull is less than 4 lbs; very, very nice. I had one failure to feed the last round from a Baer magazine and one failure to fully eject in time during the first 500 round break in period. Since then she’s been very reliable. Breaking the pistol down to clean has been difficult. You need to watch the video on this in YouTube to see the way. Otherwise it’s a great looking and fine shooting gun.
