The Fit and Finish are great.
It really is a nice looking piece of hardware.
The Action is smooth and the Cylinder Lock-Up is tight.
Yes, it's covered in Goo.Tthat's what I would expect from a firearm that is being stored and awaiting shipment.
Yes, the Trigger is light. It's how it should be on a Single Action Revolver.
It is also decently crisp.
I have over 200 rounds through it at this point.
It is hitting "as sighted" with rounds running at "original" speeds.
Also... the transaction, shipping & receipt of the piece was flawless.

Picked up the Model P. Buds shipped right after my checked cleared through and after the holidays. This is my second one so I expect it will shoot the same way. One comment about the earlier comments. That "crap" on the gun is oil to protect the finish. All guns ship with a certain amount of oilon them. SAA pistols do have a very light trigger pull. That is the way they are built. ALL guns are dangerous, especially when one does not know what they are doing.

Gun Looks Great , But looks don't shoot bullets , Trigger pull is too soft , Gun is almost dangerous. Called Cimarron for warranty , their reply was if nothing is broke it will cost bench time plus parts and shipping to fix the trigger pull. Plus 2 to 3 months before they can look at it see what the problem is. If they have this many guns to work on Do You Really Want One , WE solved the problem traded it for a Ruger SAA , cost me a bundle but at least the Ruger is not dangerous .

Make sure you wipe down all the crap on the gun before taking possession at your dealer. So much crap on this thing when I got home and wiped it down all the way there was a chip in the trigger guard, the bag and crap leave stains in the blueing. Would not buy another one of these as they claim they have excellent quality control but if that is what passes for them I don't want to try another one of their products.
