Designed by Cimarron's founder and President Mike B. Harvey, and made in the style of the classic 1873 peacemaker-type single-action revolver, our Model P Jr. offers not only the looks, but the heft, feel and handling characteristics of that famed frontier sixgun. Finished in Standard Blue and color case hardening, with a handsome, straight-grained, one-piece walnut stock, the Model P Jr. is further dressed up with Cimarron's gilt-colored, galloping horse and cowboy metal logo, much like the 1873 sixguns of the early 20th century were decorated, inlaid in the stock. This slick smokewagon is offered in the smooth handling 3 1/2-inch, 4 3/4-inch, or 5 1/2-inch barrel lengths, in your choice of .38 Special, or .32-20/.32 H&R Magnum, each with a blued back strap, or in the .22 Long Rifle chambering with a brass back strap. The .32-20/.32 H&R is offered as a dual cylinder combo. Cimarron's Model P Jr. is perfect serious competition or just plain fun plinking!

I had this gun on layaway a few weeks ago. Their is simply no 32-20 ammo out there, or none that I can find. So, I called and wanted to change my layaway to a different gun. To late and against the rules. And boy am I glad. This is one of the most beautiful hand guns I have ever owned. It is 3/4 size of regular single action Colt. Its a Uberti of course. And I should mention that there is lots .32 magnum out there. Its the perfect size for a 32, and I promise you, if your a gun guy like myself, you too would be tickled to death with the purchase of this weapon.

The Cimarron Uberti .32-20 had been out of stock for quite some time (everywhere) and Bud's did as they promised and let me know via e-mail when they had a few. First time I used the check option when buying from Bud's and if you don't already know it's a slow process but it did save a few bucks. They draft the money directly from your checking account but it was a full week before they shipped the revolver while the "electronic check" cleared apparently. I did not see any explanation of this in advance but as I was not in a rush, having waited almost a year for these to be available, it was not a big deal. Once shipped the revolver got to my FFL at light speed. The revolver is as advertised, a smaller frame replica of a Colt 1873, with two cylinders. Previous reviews I'd read say the gun is 80% the size of the full-frame replicas but it appears slightly smaller than that to me - placed next to a second generation Colt SAA in the inventory it appears more like more like a 25-30% size reduction but whatever; it's a great size for the .32-20 and the .32 H&R. Fit and finish are great and other than the hammer and cylinder pin it appears a pretty faithful reproduction of the Colt. Be careful when replacing the cylinder pin as its orientation is critical. Has a better out-of-the-box trigger than any SAA I've ever fired and is as accurate as any of my vintage S&W or Colt double-action .32-20 revolvers. Haven't tried any .32 H&R through it yet as it's a new chambering for me; we handload for everything we shoot and have yet to get around to it. Not exactly sure what it brings to the table that the .32-20 cannot provide but fun to have two guns in one.

Joseph, this pistol is virtually a clone of the Colt SAA in size, weight and feel. Designed by Cimarron's founder and President Mike B. Harvey and made in the style of the classic 1873 peacemaker-type single-action revolver our Model P Jr. offers not only the looks but the heft feel and handling characteristics of that famed frontier sixgun. This slick smoke wagon replica is sure to take you back to the early 20th century frontier.
