• Q: This gun is not in the roster list in California. This is California compliant coz it has 10 capacity mag. Is there a way to own this gun legally even if it is not in the roster. Thanks

  Yes move out of CA other than that you are out of luck and you are correct it is not CA approved. With the CA courts saying that CA can enforce the MICRO Stamping law you will most likely not see any mew guns added to the list and as the existing approved guns drop off the list your options will get slim

• Q: How accurate and reliable is this gun? Early production has issues of firing when accidentally dropping the gun. Another question this gun is not on the list California handgun roster. Here in buds it says California compliant. Will I be able to buy this without problem?

  Marlowe, hard to say about accuracy as the shooter has a lot to do with it so you want to make sure you are comfortable with the firearm. Also, in regards to it being CA compliant if Buds has it compliant on their site I would trust that it would be accepted in CA. My father holds and CCW from Tennessee and works in CA and also has a CCW there and he has some firearms that are not on the CA compliant list but still can be carried and owned in the state as long as the magazine capacities are met so I would go to your local sheriff department and check with them on how to go about getting that particular firearm. But also it might be worth a chat with Buds they are always a big help when I have contacted them, just log in at Buds.com and click the blue chat button on the bottom right of the screen.

• Q: Is double action trigger means double action first then single action on succeeding rounds

  No … the Sig 320 (all of them) are "striker fired" actions … all trigger pulls are the same 1 thru 21. There is no hammer to reset. DO/SA guns are hammer fired .. so the DO refers to the two actions of setting the hammer then firing the gun. I have the X5 (from Bud's) and it's a fantastic gun right out of the box … I LOVE mine. Highly recommended..
