Supports AR-10 for cleaning and light gunsmithing operations. Designed for use with Tipton Best Gun Vise TM, mounts to center rail with included fasteners. Also designed to mount to your bench top with the included fasteners. Innovative bolt service station locks bolt in for servicing extractor pin. Locks into place using magazine lock on your receiver. Built-in hammer stop prevents damage to lower receiver. Center section rotates 180 degrees (in 15 degree increments) and locks into place at desired location. Solvent-resistant polymer provides durability and is non-marring to surfaces. Mag well arm is removable for clamping in a bench vise when additional rigidity is required.

It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Mounts easily to the Tipton gun vise and holds my AR-10 receiver in place when working on it. Very helpful as that “third hand” when putting together your build.

I bought this for my Windham Weaponry SRC AR-10 that I also bought from Buds. I use this with my Tiptons best guns vice to hold the gun while I clean the barrel with a Otis cleaning system. I pull out the rear take down pin and let it hinge open on the front and clean it that way. It is plenty sturdy for that purpose.
