Magpul MS1 Nylon Web Slings or M1 Garrand Cotton 'Web Slings are the best things around. Don't leave home (or the truck) without them.

I love these slings. We use them at my department and I use them personally. They are very adjustable, easy to use, fairly comfortable for long use, and affordable. The quick adjust is smooth and easy to use but holds in place.

Magpul MS1 Sling is a great affordable quick adjust sling system that can be configured as a one point or my preferred two point sling option. If you want QD attachments you'll have to purchase them separately. I highly recommend this as a great tactical quick adjusting sling. There are a few other companies who make these quick adjusting 2 point tactical slings such as Vickers, Blue Force Gear among others and most of them are great options as well but for the price it's hard to beat the Magpul and Buds Guns have some amazing deals on them. Very thankful Hickok45 turned me on to Buds years ago.
